Instructions for use 4nano Opal & Quantum:
4nano Opal & Quantum application should be carried out under appropriate temperature and humidity conditions. It is also important to ventilate the room in which we carry out the application. The varnish must be prepared and cleaned using a 4nano Scrub.
TEMPERATURE AND AIR HUMIDITY: Temperature +15° C to +30 ° C. Air humidity between 30-80%. Application of the coating outside the specified ranges may result in a failure.
SURFACE PREPARATION: A well-prepared varnish will be free of tar, loose dirt, metallic impurities, dry and completely sterilized from other types of wax or factory protection. The final cleaning of the surface before securing must be done with 4nano Scrub (Alkaline or Neutral depending on the varnish condition).
APPLICATION: Shake the bottle vigorously before proceeding with the application. Apply a few drops of 4nano Opal on the included applicator and spread it over the area of not greater than 30 x 30 cm to form a thin but airtight layer. Leave for 60 (+ 30 ° C) to 90 second (+ 15 ° C) and then remove the residue with 3 microfiber cloths. Do not attempt to remove all excess product with a single cloth. Using the first cloth, lightly collect excess product, leaving imperfections on the surface. Then, with the second cloth, collect most of the excess product. With a third cloth, polish the surface to the ideal so that there are no streaks or smears left. Make sure that all imperfections (both on neighboring elements) have been thoroughly removed. After minimum of 2 hours, repeat the above steps with Quantum leaving the applied coating for 3-5 minutes (in regards to temperature as described above) and then remove the residue with 3 microfiber cloths. After finishing the application, the car should stay in the garage for a minimum of 12 hours in order to ensure the best bonding conditions, especially in the winter season. Full bond of the ceramic coating occurs after 14 days and during this time, DO NOT wash or rinse the car. Of course, the car can be used normally.
