4nano Ice is a professional, ceramic, ultra resistant nano-coating designed for car rims. The coating is intended to be used by professionals. Thanks to unique chemical formula, the coating creates a very thick (about 2 micrometer), hard and shiny protection layer, resistant to almost any environmental hazards and high temperature that can negatively influence the rim. Advanced surface nanotechnology used to develop the coating enables it to protect rims against minor scratches, significantly reduces dirt and brake dust adherence, protects it against UV rays and reduces oxidation processes. 4nano Ice is probably most durable and hard coating for rims you can find! Due to high concentration of active ingredients which chemically bond with the surface, the coating is ultra durable and can last up to 36 months! The coating can be applied on painted, bare or polished alloys and steel or even wheel caps.
4nano Ice must be applied on a perfectly clean, dry and cool surface (best results are achieved when surface is free from scratches and oxidation). It is highly recommended to use 4nano Scrub to prepare the surface for the coating. Optimal application temperature is +15 to +35*C, most appropriate temperature is +20-25*C. Damp an applicator with a little of the product. Work in sections, do not apply on front and back of the rim at once. Carefully apply a thin but firm layer of the product passing each spot with damp applicator a few times and immediately wipe off the residue gently with a soft and clean microfiber cloth to even the coating. If necessary, take a second microfiber cloth and buff the surface gently to remove any streaks or marring. Any streaks or marring left for about 2 hours will be very difficult to remove and after 24h it will only be possible to remove it by polishing. Work in the same manner for each section of the rim. The coating can be topped with 4nano Aqua for best hydrophobic results. Coating is ready to use after about 2-3 hours. Coating is fully cured after about 14 days depending on environmental conditions. The rim must not be washed or wiped during that time. Do not apply on a vast, flexible surfaces/materials (eg. car body). Do not apply in direct sunlight or on hot surface. Test the product on a small area before use.
